Coaching & Implementation agreement between Adrienne McLean , Prinicple of Amplify Results and the client whereby the Coach agrees to provide Strategic and Executive Coaching Services for the Client focusing on the Client’s professional, personal development and business goals.
Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not as business partnership) between the coach and the client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires and empowers the Client to maximise his personal and professional potential.
- Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behaviour set by the Cert 4 Assessment and Workplace Training.
- Client is responsible for creating, sustaining and implement his own physical, mental and emotional well-being and for implementing decisions, choices, actions and results. Client understands coaching is not a therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
- Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by a legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent , professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health pfofessionals, the Coach will recomment that the Client inform the mental health care provider.
- Client agrees to communicate honesty be open to feedback and and assistance and create the time and energy necessary to participate fully in the program.
As per the website details. Offered are training, mentoring and implementation.
For mentoring, there needs to be an expectation of the Client to expect 6 month professional Coaching program through one-on-one, telephone and/or online meetings Skype , Zoom, etc.
Schedule & Fees:
As agreed at the time of booking.
Formal scheduled coaching calls or sessions shall be 60 + minutes in length. Client and Coach shall have these sessions as agreed to by the parties. Client’s access to Coach in between formal sessions, as needed by the Client, is included in the fee.
The time of the coaching calls will be determined by the Coach and Client based on a mutually agreed upon time. The Client will initiate all scheduled calls via Skype or Zoom. If the Coach will be at any other number for a scheduled call, Client will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time.
For Implementation projects, the project guidelines will be established at beginning of contract.
This coaching relationaship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship are bound by the ICF Code of Ethics. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.
Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsoibility to notify the Coach no less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. Coach reserves the right to count sessions missed with less than 24 hours notice as completed sessions under the program.
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied.
This is the entire agreement of the parties and relects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
